This is what you will do

As an electrical design engineer within the electrical design group, you will act as the architect of our electrical designs. You will calculate the core, windings, and cooling systems, ensuring they meet both technical and commercial requirements optimally. During your work, you will assess how the design performs under different conditions, both in our own test laboratory and at the customer’s site. You will have access to a variety of in-house developed and commercially available tools to support your work.

You will play an active role in the order and quotation process and maintain direct contact with customers for technical coordination and design review meetings. This may occasionally involve travel, both within and outside Europe. Additionally, you will assess design quality at various stages of engineering and production and will be involved in analyzing deviations.

In addition, you possess:

A completed TU degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Physics, or an HBO-plus degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of the Dutch language at a minimum B1 level, with a willingness to further develop this skill.
Proficiency in professional English.
Preferably fluency in a second foreign language, such as German, French, or Spanish.
