Do you want to learn and gain practical experience? Our BBL pathways are a great way to combine the best of both worlds. Together with Werk en Vakmanschap we offer apprenticeship programs in collaboration with the Koning Willem I College. Here you can develop into a top mechanic in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering at level 2, 3 or 4.
How does it work?
Do you complete your training successfully? Then we will be happy to offer you a permanent contract.
Have you just graduated and are ready to take the next step? Our Young Talent Program offers you a two-year track in which you can develop yourself to the max.
What can you expect?
The first year you will discover different departments by working on projects in blocks of 3-4 months.
In the second year you will fully immerse yourself in your future position.
You will also have a personal mentor, regular progress meetings and development programs such as 360° feedback and leadership training. Finished with the program? Then a challenging permanent job awaits you.
Would you like to discover what it's like to work at a large, international company? We regularly offer internships in various directions and at every level of education.
